Ellough Park May 2016 Preview

I’m next out at Ellough Park Raceway, on 21st May. This will be the first for me at Ellough Park, as I have never been there to race, so it will be a great challenging experience for me. I hope to bring a trophy from Ellough Park. I am limited on my racing for the next month because I am doing my GCSE’s this year, and education is top priority for me at the moment, after the exams I will be racing more.

East Anglian Trophy Meeting 2015 Club Rounds 6&7

Image result for hkrcThe next Club Championship round is the East Anglian Trophy Meeting. The weekend is split up into the weekend of two days of racing. Saturday is Round 6 of the club championship of HKRC using circuit 2 (see above). This configuration consists of tight harpin (Easton Harpin), which needs a wet driving line going into the corner and a tight exit in order to get the best traction out of the corner. After the Harpin, you approach a 90 degree right corner with full-throttle commitment, this complex is called Goff Corner. Goff Corner is 100% throttle in the dry in the wet it’s 40-50%. HKRC Kimbolton September 2014

A day with not much drivers in much in the Junior TKM Class proved to be even close racing, with amazing results. I had a great with a 8th,15th,14th and 10th from the day. After the festival it showed who still had the pace and others didn’t quite have it their way. I felt the boost before weekend help and the Saturday practice did as well. I would like to thank Aaron for the Sunday and my mum and my brother, who came to watch for the whole day. I will be next out on 12th October for the Sunday racing only. I was hitting low 44’s all weekend which was good.
