The story of my career

2009: I started Karting at Rye House in March. I was on novice plates for 6 race meetings. As the season progressed I was improving every month and getting quicker also finishing high up in the races. About 3-5 race meeting into the Championship I was 5th place in the Comer Cadet Championship at Rye House (HKC). At the end of the season I had finished 8th in the Comer Cadet Championship in my first Karting season. Check out 2009 race results here:http://www.hoddesdonkartclub.co.uk/raceresults/raceresults2009.htm and to see the championship here:http://www.hoddesdonkartclub.co.uk/championship/summer2009.htm

2010: This was my second season in MSA Karting, in the Comer Cadet Championship. In the beginning of the 2010 campaign I had struggled with Carburettor problems. By round three of the championship the problems were sorted and I flying now. I was going faster and faster, also I had set my personal best lap at Rye House with 42.92 seconds. At round 10 of the championship I showed good results in the Heat 2 with me starting on second and taking the lead into the first corner. http://www.hoddesdonkartclub.co.uk/pdf/20101107ComerCadetHeat2.pdf and http://www.karting.co.uk/tstp/RaceResults.asp?RS=30411&RE=10004&RC=310546

2011: This year was the year where I was one of the ones to beat for the championship. As I had shown in the first couple races of the championship. This year I showing more and more strong performances and I was going faster set a new personal best lap 42.2 seconds. However, at the June race meeting, in Heat 1 it was going into turn 3, the Infield Hairpin at Rye House and I got slightly wide at the apex of the corner and on the exit, I had got rear wheel spin and hit bump with the traffic being heavy into the corner, there was possible an accident would happen and guest what, it was me and I was side ways across the track and other driver launched off my rear left tyre and came across diagonal over me and my kart. Then the race was red flagged because of the accident and it was at least 5 minutes before I had managed to get out of the kart. I went to Addenbrooks’ Hopstial to get my arm checked out. The damage was a very badly bruised left arm. But later on the season I wasn’t finished yet. With strong performances here:http://www.karting.co.uk/tstp/RaceList.asp?RS=40453&RE=10004 Please look at the Comer Cadet races. http://www.hoddesdonkartclub.co.uk/championship/clubchamps2012.htm
