This weekend is Round 1 of HKRC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP, I will be driving flat-out to the top 10 in the standings this weekend. There are 17 drivers in my class this weekend. To watch Tag Heuer Live Timing at www.tagheuer-timing.co.uk, at HKRC.

Sunday, was the last round of the HKRC Club Championship and I had not good day with carburettor playing up. Throughout I was having to tweek with the carburettor throughout the majority of the race. I can’t wait till 2015 and I hoping to aim, finishing in the top 10 in the championship. Merry Christmas to everyone and happy new year to all. I had to give back my big gold trophy back to HKRC for the 2013 junior sportsman of the year. I will be testing over the Christmas break hopefully.  I will be next out racing 11th January at Kimbolton. Before I start with the results, I would like to say a big thank you to Aaron for the mechicaning for the day. Remembrance Sunday started very damp and greasy track conditions by having to start, Practice and Heat 1 on the intermediate tyre and struggled for grip!!!!!!!!!!! . In Heat 1, I started in P21 and I gained two places to finish in 19th. Heat 2, I started on Pole (1st) and at Bus Stop corner exit I got hit straight off the grass and couldn’t rejoin until I decided to get out and pull the Kart and blip the throttle at the same time and I managed an my Kart which weighs 80Kgs and putting throttle input at the same time and I did taking determination for me to get as many points without retiring...

With only two more rounds left the HKRC Club Championship to go it feels that this year has fly by. In Junior TKM there will be a turn out of 24 drivers. With British Winter Time kicked in, the race format at HKRC this weekend is Practice, two Heats (Qualifies) and a Final. At 11am the race meeting will be stopped to remember the soldiers  , as Kimbolton was an old airfield. Please watch live timing at www.tagheuer-timing.co.uk . The October race meeting as an overall outcome was poor. Race pace was terrible and positions were poor as well. My best result from the day was 11th in the first Heat. Please, keep on my website for the next week as on Sunday 19th October, I will be taking part at the Snetterton Go Motorsport Live East Demo, which I am looking forward to. If you are Formula 1 fans you would have heard of Jules Bianchi crashed at the Japanese Grand Prix, the other weekend. So I say to Jules, keep fighting. ForzaJules.

A day with not much drivers in much in the Junior TKM Class proved to be even close racing, with amazing results. I had a great with a 8th,15th,14th and 10th from the day. After the festival it showed who still had the pace and others didn’t quite have it their way. I felt the boost before weekend help and the Saturday practice did as well. I would like to thank Aaron for the Sunday and my mum and my brother, who came to watch for the whole day. I will be next out on 12th October for the Sunday racing only. I was hitting low 44’s all weekend which was good.

I am looking forward to this weekend’s R9 of the 2014 HKRC Championship at Kimbolton. As I will be practising/testing on Saturday and racing on Sunday. From blazing sunshine to gloomy thunderstorms. This year’s Maxxis TKM Festival threw surprises’ all weekend long. On Saturday I set my personal best at Kimbolton with a 43.6s and according to my best sectors from that race I could have done a 43.3s and I was about half a second off the Super One National Drivers. Sunday was thunderstorms and heavy rain, by about 2.45pm the storm and rain eased off and the finals were underway.
